Your Indonesian staff includes an English speaking house manager, two chefs, two servers, two chambermaids, a gardener and security personnel.  All of the staff is friendly and eager to be of service without being intrusive.  

The Chef and his assistant are trained to prepare a large repertoire of menus including Balinese, European, Continental, Javanese and Japanese cuisine.  Fresh panned and shelled fish is readily available and highly recommended.  (Food and beverages are billed locally to the guest at market price.)
